About your yoga teacher

Hi, I'm Mikah! I'm a certified yoga teacher specializing in yoga for beginners and for those with limited mobility. 

While I focus on teaching gentle, therapeutic yoga now, I've traveled the world and studied a wide variety of yoga styles: Power, Bikram, Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, and Iyengar.

I use my background in alignment, anatomy, Ayurveda, and a combination of Western & Eastern yoga techniques to create empowerment and success for my students.

I look forward to seeing you on the mat! 


Frequently Asked Questions

How long do I have access to the yoga videos and meditations?

The yoga videos and meditations are yours forever to keep! I will offer them as downloadable files (the yoga will be video files, and then meditation will be an audio download). This is a huge value. 

When will the weekly live classes be?

We will vote as a group on when the weekly live yoga classes will be so as many people can attend as possible. 

But don’t worry — if you can’t make it to the live class, the replay will be available both on the group AND as a downloadable file. 🙂 

What are the dates?

We start on Monday, April 27th and go for 21 days, ending on Sunday, May 17th.
