5 Minute Chair Yoga for a Sore Back
Do this short chair yoga flow anytime your lower back needs a little extra love!
I don’t talk about it much, but I used to suffer from lower back pain quite a bit. So it’s one of my favorite things to work on with my students, because I know first hand how yoga can help.
A regular yoga practice made my back discomfort completely disappear. I don’t like to exaggerate yoga’s benefits. They are enough to stand on their own. But this? Yoga for healing the back? I will shout it from the rooftops, because I know from my own experience how much it helps.
Anyway, my point of this is to say that I’ve got a new yoga video for you. It’s a 5 minute chair yoga practice to try out anytime your lower back needs some love.
(Important note: Back discomfort is complicated and can be caused by many different things. Ease into this sequence gently and stop if you feel any pain.)
