Better Balance Yoga
Eight-week online yoga class series
Join the 8-week ONLINE class series starting on January 19th: Better Balance Yoga. (Scroll down to register.)
This class will have a special focus on improving balance (and everything that comes along with that, including functional core and lower body strengthening).
All you need is a mat and an optional chair for support! We’ll stretch, strengthen, and balance our way to lifelong wellness.
As a bonus, the online class recording will be available for you to watch for a week after each class!

- This class is fully online using Zoom. Don’t worry; it’s simpler than you think! I would be happy to hop on a test Zoom call with you to make sure it’s all running smoothly on your end before we start our class.

About your teacher
Mikah Horn is an E-RYT 200 hour certified therapeutic yoga teacher and ACE Senior Fitness Specialist, passionate about helping people move better, breathe better, and FEEL better in their bodies. Other certifications include: Master of Science in Yoga Therapy (in progress), Chair Yoga, AFAA Group Fitness, Ayurveda Foundations, Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga, Silver Sneakers (Classic, Yoga, Stability, Ener-Chi), and is up to date with American Red-Cross CPR-AED and First Aid.
