Feel Good Yoga in Granbury

Join the 8-week Feel-Good yoga class series here in Granbury starting on January 8th! (Scroll down to register!)

A mix of flowing movement, mobility, and strengthening yoga postures, this class is joyful, therapeutic, and inspiring. Get strong and flexible…deepen your practice…focus your mind.

When: Saturdays at 8:45am (specific dates below)
Where: Dance Connection (by Aldi)

**This class is open level, but it’s best for those who are active or have at least a small amount of yoga experience. If you’re looking for a more gentle class to get started, then consider my Wellness Yoga series or private yoga sessions.

About your teacher

Mikah Horn is an E-RYT 200 hour certified therapeutic yoga teacher and ACE Senior Fitness Specialist, passionate about helping people move better, breathe better, and FEEL better in their bodies. Other certifications include: Master of Science in Yoga Therapy (in progress), Chair Yoga, AFAA Group Fitness, Ayurveda Foundations, Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga, Silver Sneakers (Classic, Yoga, Stability, Ener-Chi), and is up to date with American Red-Cross CPR-AED and First Aid.
