Note: 

  • Look at the dates carefully. We won’t have class on February 13th and March 20th.
  • The class is very strictly limited to 10 students so we can socially distance. The studio is large with plenty of space to spread out. Your safety is my top priority. (If you are currently isolating, I have an online class option available.)

About your teacher

Mikah Horn is an E-RYT 200 hour certified therapeutic yoga teacher and ACE Senior Fitness Specialist, passionate about helping people move better, breathe better, and FEEL better in their bodies. Other certifications include: Master of Science in Yoga Therapy (in progress), Chair Yoga, AFAA Group Fitness, Ayurveda Foundations, Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga, Silver Sneakers (Classic, Yoga, Stability, Ener-Chi), and is up to date with American Red-Cross CPR-AED and First Aid.
