In this special 90-minute class, we’ll use the classic Joint-Freeing Sequence (from the Structural Yoga Therapy tradition of Mukunda Stiles) combined with restorative postures and breathwork to honor the seasonal transition from winter to spring.

Just as nature awakens after winter, our bodies need gentle encouragement to release stored tension and stagnant energy. We’ll move systematically through each joint in the body, creating space and mobility where you need it most.

The session will conclude with restorative postures and intentional breath techniques, leaving you feeling refreshed and ready to move into a new season with greater ease and freedom!

Bonus: Handout of the classic Mukunda Stiles joint-freeing sequence is included.

This class is appropriate for all levels and especially beneficial for those experiencing joint stiffness. Modifications will be offered for every body.
