Neck and Shoulder Yoga
Lately, I’ve been getting a lot of requests for neck and shoulder yoga. And I’m super pleased to oblige because neck and shoulder tension is something I have dealt with quite a bit.
So what actually CAUSES stiffness in the neck and shoulders? There are lots of possible reasons for the discomfort, including (but not limited to):
- Slouching and poor posture
- Stress & anxiety
- Incorrect sleep habits
- Sitting at a desk all day, staring down at your computer or phone
The awesome news is that yoga can help with all of the above.
Today’s yoga video below is focused primarily on stretching the neck and shoulders, but I also have videos on destressing, improving posture, and better sleep, all of which could be helpful if neck & shoulder tension is something you struggle with.
