Yoga for a cause.

Yoga for a Mission is a blend of gentle movement, yoga postures, breathing, and mindfulness techniques that support healing of your mind and body.

All ages, all physical abilities, and all levels are welcome; modifications will be offered to meet you where you are.

Let’s move, breathe, create community, and give back!

*This is not a chair yoga class, but we’ll transition slowly and there won’t be a lot of getting up and down off the floor in this class. If you’d like more support, chairs are available or you can position yourself by the wall with a barre.
