Six-Week Yoga for Beginners Series in Granbury, Texas

Come join the 6-week class series here in Granbury (starting on May 16th): Yoga for Beginners! 

We will start super simple and each week we’ll build on that foundation. Each class will include a combination of different breath techniques, yoga poses, and a short guided relaxation.

This will be an encouraging and non-intimidating space where you can explore your yoga practice without fear of judgment. I want to make yoga truly accessible to everyone. ***I encourage all ages and body types to join us.***
