Meet Mikah, your yoga teacher
Hello and welcome! I’m a yoga therapist (MS in Yoga Therapy, C-IAYT), yoga teacher, and the founder of Lifelong Yoga Online, an online yoga studio with on-demand therapeutic yoga, gentle yoga for healing, and beginner yoga classes.
