- Accessible ways to do yoga regardless of limitations from injuries, surgeries, arthritis, back issues, health conditions
- To make sure you are practicing yoga safely for your body, so you can have the most effective and sustainable practice
- Tools to develop a home practice or join a group yoga class with confidence
- Less pain, less stress, and more joy in your life!

What exactly IS therapeutic yoga?
Therapeutic yoga uses the tools of yoga to help individuals facing health challenges find optimal health and wellness and support them on their path to healing. These tools can include:
- Movement (ranging from gentle to vigorous)
- Meditation and mindfulness practices
- Breathing techniques
- Yoga poses that address specific areas of discomfort or musculoskeletal imbalances
Yoga therapists also have a significant amount of specialized training (I earned a Master of Science graduate degree in Yoga Therapy) and extensive additional training in physiology, anatomy, psychology, and biomedicine.
How it works
Step 1:
Initial Assessment
$150
The initial assessment is your first step. This one-time session is required for all new students before we start regular sessions.
We’ll discuss your goals, and I’ll guide you through a few simple yoga movements so I can better understand your body and your needs. From this, I’ll create a personalized plan to support your progress.
Step 2:
Ongoing Yoga Sessions
$100
After the assessment, we’ll begin our work together. Most students meet with me weekly at a standing appointment (some meet twice weekly, and some every other week) to build a consistent, sustainable practice. This steady rhythm is what allows you to see and feel real progress over time.
Every student’s journey is a little different, but I encourage planning for at least 3 months of regular sessions so you can truly experience the benefits.

Schedule a free 30-minute consult
Maybe you’re curious about private yoga but aren’t sure if it’s the right fit… or if your body will cooperate. That’s what this free 30-minute consult is for. You’ll get a chance to ask questions, share your concerns, and we’ll talk through your goals. From there, you can decide if moving forward with an initial assessment feels right for you.
