In this special 90-minute class, we’ll combine gentle movement with deep relaxation to help you find balance and inner peace.
The class will begin with simple somatic yoga to help guide you out of your head and into your body. Then, we’ll transition into a guided Yoga Nidra meditation, allowing you to experience profound relaxation and restoration.
Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a powerful meditation technique that promotes deep relaxation while maintaining awareness.
Herbal tea will be served after class for those who’d like to linger and chat!
NOTE: Yoga Nidra is practiced lying down. I encourage you to bring pillows, an eye mask, or anything that will make you more comfortable.
