In this 75-minute yoga class, we’ll move through a specific set of yoga postures designed to improve your balance and stability.
Props are incorporated (including yoga blocks, straps, and a chair) to work on developing body awareness, focus, muscular strength, and joint range of motion, all of which will do wonders in improving your balance!
*This class is a gentle joints practice, so there is minimal weight bearing through the knees or wrists. All ages, all levels, and all physical abilities are welcome.
