Lifelong Yoga I
6-Week Series in Granbury

A beginner class of yoga students doing Warrior 1 pose with Mikah Horn teaching the class.
I had wanted to try yoga for many years and finally did it. I learned so much from Mikah that I can do the poses and breathing exercises in my own home. I had a knee replacement a year ago and wasn’t sure I could do the poses. She showed me ways to do it so as not to hurt my knee.
