Lifelong Yoga II is the “Level 2” version of our Lifelong Yoga method with a progressive approach.
In this 6-week class, we’ll continue moving through gentle yoga poses, breath techniques, and guided relaxation to balance the nervous system, and we’ll add more of a focus on improving our body’s movement patterns, building strength, stability, and balance.
*Note: You must be approved before registering for this class. If you haven’t taken a class with Mikah before, please reach out to schedule a consultation before joining or begin with Lifelong Yoga 1.
