Lifelong Yoga (All Levels) is a 6-week class that supports healing and longevity with gentle yoga poses, functional movement, breath techniques, and guided relaxation.

Improve your body’s movement patterns, gain strength and flexibility, relieve chronic tension and stress, and leave feeling renewed and refreshed.

Both Level I and Level II are welcome! This class is for all bodies. There is no judgement and no balance or flexibility requirements. Injuries, surgeries, lack of mobility, stress, tired minds and bodies are ALL welcome (with your doctor’s permission).
