Each week builds upon the last as we explore:

  • Week 2: Backbends
  • Week 3: Forward Folds
  • Week 4: Warriors & Hip Openers
  • Week 5: Sun Salutations & Integration

Through clear instruction and practice time, you’ll discover how proper alignment can enhance the effectiveness of your yoga practice. Leave with a deeper understanding of your body’s positioning in space and tools to bring greater awareness to every yoga pose.
