10 yoga classes, each with a different focus

The step-by-step program includes FOUR primary classes (ranging from 20 to 30 minutes) and SIX shorter 10-minute classes, each with a specific focus that will help improve your balance in different ways. Classes are pre-recorded so you can do them anytime.

Meet Mikah, your yoga therapist and guide

Hello and welcome! I’m an experienced yoga teacher (E-RYT 500) with an MS in Yoga Therapy, a Senior Fitness Specialist, and the founder of Lifelong Yoga Online.

My mission is to empower you to age with health, vitality, and joy with yoga. I believe that yoga enhances our physical and mental well-being at every stage of life!

The Yoga Balance Blueprint is perfect for anyone 50+ (beginners and beyond) who is looking for a yoga & balance program they can easily do at home. If you feel unsure where to start, this program will guide you step-by-step so you feel supported and confident.

I do specify that this is more appropriate for adults 50+ because this program is not about perfecting a specific balance pose, but instead improving your balance for LIFE and preventing falls.

Prerequisites: Relatively comfortable getting up and down off the floor with some time spent on your hands and knees. Even if getting yourself up and down off the floor doesn’t feel smooth or takes some time for you, you’ll still be okay in this program.



You will need a yoga mat, a sturdy chair, 2 yoga blocks, a blanket, a massage ball (or tennis ball) and a yoga strap for this program. Household items can be substituted in most cases, but I’ll also provide Amazon links if you’d like to purchase my recommendations.

We’re going through The Yoga Balance Blueprint program together as a community starting on Monday, October 7th. I encourage you to jump in and join us live for support and accountability!

That said, this might not be the best time for you, or maybe you’d like to repeat the program later to continue improving your balance.
