How the program works
The Yoga Balance Blueprint 28-day program incorporates a variety of daily practices to build your strength, body awareness, and confidence in how you move.
We start and end the program with a simple balance assessment so you can see your progress.
If you don’t have a printer, no problem, but we provide this optional resource so you can check off the classes as you go.
The step-by-step program includes FOUR primary classes (ranging from 20 to 30 minutes) and SIX shorter 10-minute classes, each with a specific focus that will help improve your balance in different ways. Classes are pre-recorded so you can do them anytime.

Yoga Skills for Getting On and Off the Floor with Ease

Practice #1:
Chair Sit-to-Stand
This practice focuses on getting up and down out of a chair. Increase your lower body strength, enhance your body awareness, and take steps towards a safer, stable, more independent future.
Practice #2:
Therapeutic Sun Salutation
This therapeutic sun salutation will mobilize every major joint in your body while serving as a moving meditation. (AND it will teach you progressively how to mindfully move down to the floor and back up!)
Practice #3:
Lunging for Strength & mobility
This challenging practice is all about overall lower body strength, stability, and mobility. Variations are offered so you can start simple and progress as you get stronger.
