In this 75-minute specialized yoga class, weâll move through a specific set of yoga postures designed to improve your balance and stability.
Props are incorporated (including yoga blocks, straps, resistance bands, and a chair) to work on developing body awareness, focus, muscular strength, and joint range of motion, all of which will do wonders in improving your balance!
*BONUS: Handouts are included each week so you can practice at home.
