In this special 90-minute workshop, we’ll explore how resistance bands can support your yoga practice in surprising ways that go far beyond strengthening exercises.

We’ll use bands to create sensory feedback, develop body awareness, and understand the subtle biomechanics of familiar poses. You’ll discover how resistance can actually assist your alignment, breath awareness, and mind-body connection.

NOTE: All resistance bands will be provided. No previous experience with resistance bands needed.
