This series offers:

- Meditation techniques for peace of mind
*This series welcomes all physical abilities—whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice. While we’ll explore yoga’s deeper aspects, the physical practice remains gentle and adaptable. Students should be able to get up and down from the floor independently. As with any exercise program, please check with your healthcare provider before beginning.
